Job summary

Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, part of the Confluent Health family, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist in Texas to join a clinician-driven team with autonomy and mentorship. You’ll manage a typical caseload, collaborate with a network of therapists, and access growth paths including residency and leadership opportunities.

Compensation includes a base of $83K-$102K plus a sign-on bonus of up to $5K and a weekly bonus tied to patient volume up to ~$13K per year, plus generous PTO and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state or ability to obtain licensure
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through history and exam
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care to meet patient goals
• Deliver skilled interventions to improve function and reduce pain
• Track patient outcomes and adapt care based on progress
• Advocate for patients throughout recovery journey
