Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services, including screening, evaluation, and treatment as referred by an approved referral source.
• Document accurately and timely within the medical record in accordance with guidelines.
• Maintain patient-centered interactions with patients and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab staff per state rules and policies.
• Participate in care conferences, case management, and interdisciplinary activities.
• Develop and enhance physical therapy programs and services.
