Job summary

Smith County Health and Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain high-quality patient care in a facility environment. You will collaborate with nursing and rehab teams to optimize outcomes and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Optimize patient functionality by providing, directing, and/or overseeing physical therapy services as referred.
• Comply with documentation and billing guidelines within the medical record.
• Maintain patient-centered interactions with patients and staff.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per regulations and policies.
• Participate in utilization review, meetings, and care conferences.
• Develop and enhance PT programs to support quality outcomes.
