Details:

Position: Per Diem - occasional weekday and/or weekend with no minimum time requirements

Location: CCRC (SNF, PC, IL)

EMR: Net Health

Qualified candidates should have:

Active PA COTA License in good standing

Current TB test

Covid Vaccine or valid exemption

CPR certification

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing effective and personalized therapy services
• Recording patient responses to treatments and reporting outcomes through proper documentation in Net Health
• Establishing relationships with patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment
• Being kind and courteous to all patients, family members, facility staff, and fellow therapy team members
• Maintaining a teamwork approach
