Green Oaks Physical Therapy (GOPT) in Dallas, TX is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will assist licensed PTs, implement treatment plans, and help patients progress through rehab, with a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Texas state license or license-eligible as a PTA.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology.
• Proficiency in exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans and evaluating patient progress.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Educate patients and families on proper exercises and home programs.
• Apply modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize outcomes.

• Compensation: USD 26 - USD 38 - hourly

• Pay: $26-32/hour depending on experiencePLUS productivity bonus,which can add up to$6.87/hr ON TOP of your base rate!
