Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Skilled

Start Date: ASAP

Available Shifts: 8 D

Pay Rate: $1432.00 - $1650.00

Position Details

• PTA needed for LTACH and SNF settings, ASAP.
• Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
• Facility setting: LTACH and SNF, with 1-2 years experience required.
• MA licensure required.
• Facility details: 80 SNF beds, 42 LTACH beds.
• Coverage: Primarily SNF, with coverage at LTACH as needed.
• EMR systems: NetHealth, Wellsky, Point Click Care (PCC).
• Dress code: Scrubs of any color.
• Parking: On-site free parking.

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant, Long Term Acute Care.
• 1 year of experience.
• MA licensure.
• BLS-AHA certification (Copy needed).
• Physical Therapist, Skilled.
• Experience: 1 year.
• SSN and DOB required.
• At least 1 reference in entire work history.
