Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $1419.95 – $1555.90

Well-respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Ponca City, OK, and Stillwater, OK (Split Locations). Candidates should support a friendly, positive, and professional environment.

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled
• Experience: 1 year
• Licenses: PT (Compact Accepted)
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

• Proper State License
• Skilled Nursing/long-term care experience since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
• Rehab Optima (Net Health)
• COVID-19 Vaccination card/documentation – No Declinations Accepted
