We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist Assistant for a well-respected skilled nursing facility (SNF). The candidate should support a friendly, positive, and professional environment.

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled
• License: PTA-CT
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• Work History: No more than 30 days gap in entire work history
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history

SNF - 1 year experience required
