Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our on-site rehab team serving seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and help restore mobility and independence.

You will perform gait and balance training, provide patient education, and document outcomes accurately.
