Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our on-site rehab team, serving primarily seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, function and independence.

You will provide hands-on therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and patient education while accurately documenting outcomes.
