You will implement individualized therapy plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, provide hands-on exercises, gait and balance training, patient education, and accurate documentation to support recovery and quality of life.

In this role, you will implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring mobility, function, and independence. You’ll provide hands‑on therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and patient education while accurately documenting outcomes.
