Signature HealthCARE North Hardin Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our rehab team. You will work under PT supervision to support patient recovery and return to daily activities.

Requirements include an accredited PTA program with an associate degree and a valid PTA license in the state of service. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered, along with comprehensive health benefits and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an Associate’s Degree.
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Support licensed physical therapists in rehabilitative care and daily patient activities.
• Help implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under supervision.
