Signature HealthCARE is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our North Hardin Rehab & Wellness Center team. You will support licensed therapists, assist residents in rehabilitation, and help them regain independence through proven therapeutic activities.

Requirements include an accredited PTA program graduate with an Associate's Degree and a valid PTA license in the state. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered and our benefits package supports health, wealth, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an Associate's Degree.
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the practicing state.
