Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team. We deliver quality in all we do, fostering a respectful environment where every team member is valued.

The PTA will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, document activities, and communicate with patients and staff while complying with state, OSHA, and Medicare requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
