Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver targeted, evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and daily function.

You will manage a manageable caseload, document patient progress in an EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize care and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant with active CPTA license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care settings preferred.
• Ability to document care and patient progress in EMR; strong teamwork skills.
