Qualifications

• Must hold PTA certification and license as required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to work under Physical Therapist supervision.

Responsibilities

• Document patient progress in EMR with accuracy.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support mobility and QoL.
• Assist with care planning and documentation as part of the team.
