Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA

Salary Range: Dependent upon experience, schedule, location, and employee classification, from $35.00 to $42.00 per hour.

PTA Job Summary: The Physical Therapist Assistant provides quality care to residents, treats patients, communicates with families, physicians, and healthcare team members, and maintains documentation of services. Responsibilities include treatment planning and implementation, discharge planning, testing physical abilities, analyzing rehabilitation goals, and consulting with the rehab team to coordinate effective treatment programs.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days to start, accruing up to 120 hours annually, with an additional 8 hours per year of service up to 240 hours.
  • 6 paid holidays and up to 3 bereavement days annually.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with a 25% company match up to the first 4% of your deferral each payroll.
