Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in San Marcos, TX. You will provide patient-centered, evidence-based rehabilitative services under supervision of a licensed PT to improve function and quality of life.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $30–$35, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and reimbursement for licensure.

Experience/Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Some Duties For This Position Include

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements under the supervision and direction of an Physical Therapist.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Assesses and document patient’s progress and communicates with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Provides input to supervisor for discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
