Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement physical therapy programs, deliver treatments, and monitor patient progress, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative Director of Rehab reporting structure.

Qualified applicants will be graduates of an accredited PTA program and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the practice state.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities per developed recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to restore, reinforce, and enhance patient function.
• Maintain a patient-first, compassionate approach to care.
