We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to serve as Rehab Director—a great opportunity for a motivated PTA with leadership experience passionate about clinical and operational outcomes and team development.

As the PTA Rehab Director, you'll lead therapy services, support team members, and shape a resident-centered rehab program in a collaborative, therapist-owned environment that values clinical excellence and compassionate care.

PTA Rehab Director Responsibilities

• Lead the rehab department focusing on quality, efficiency, and resident-centered care
• Supervise and collaborate with PTs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs
• Manage daily rehab operations including scheduling and staffing
• Provide direct care services per individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and respect
• Serve as liaison to facility leadership and integrate rehab services
