Job summary

Centra Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment in Attleboro, MA, working in a SNF/LTC setting. The PTA will provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist, following physician orders and contributing to patient recovery.

Candidates must have an Associate degree, an active state PTA license or be in the licensure process, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or in process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders under supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under supervision of a PT.
• Collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a contract assignment!

• This is a contract position.
• Days schedule.
• This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:
