Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - SNF

Location: Santa Monica, CA

Pay scale: $42-48 (Open to discuss during interview)

Shift: Flexible

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care, assisting with daily activities and personal care.
• Respond promptly to patient needs, assessing requirements and providing support.
• Monitor and document vital signs, food intake, and urinary/fecal output.
• Communicate with medical professionals regarding patient conditions and treatment plans.
• Assist patients with medication reminders, maintaining current training and adhering to facility policies.

Requirements

• State certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
• Graduation from a Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• COVID Vaccination/Health Documents/License/Physical exam.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
