Job summary

TheraDynamics is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join its SNF teams in the Tri-State area. You will evaluate and treat geriatric patients recovering from surgery or illness, develop individualized plans, and work with nursing, physicians, and families to achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant in our Skilled Nursing setting, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, and play a direct role in helping patients return to their highest level of independence. Your caseload will be manageable, and your clinical judgment will be respected.
