TheraDynamics is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Skilled Nursing team. You will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning, developing individualized plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Formación

• Associate's degree from an accredited PT program.
• Current or eligible for Connecticut State PTA license.
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; structured mentorship provided.

Responsabilidades

What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant in our Skilled Nursingsetting, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedicsurgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with theinterdisciplinary care team, and play a direct role in helping patients returnto their highest level of independence. Your caseload will be manageable, andyour clinical judgment will be respected.
