Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team in Santa Cruz, CA.

You will carry out skilled treatment programs under a licensed Physical Therapist and help deliver quality patient care in a supportive environment. You will document patient activities, communicate respectfully with patients and staff, and ensure compliance with state practice acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid state license/registration and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for most of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening.
