KingRecruitingServices is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team in Santa Cruz, CA. You will assist the licensed Physical Therapist in delivering patient-centered care and implementing treatment plans.

This role requires a CAPTE-accredited PTA program graduate, active state licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. We offer a highly competitive compensation package including sign-on bonuses, student loan

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Licensed/registered with the state and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management and active listening skills.

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Document patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
