Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing.
• Interest in working with older adults.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s goals and needs.
• Build positive relationships with residents and the people involved in their care.
• Communicate resident progress, concerns, and changes in condition with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems.
• Be part of a positive, supportive therapy environment.

Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant Benchmark Therapies is looking for a weekday Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Beaumont at Bryn Mawr.
