We are seeking WEEKDAY PRN Physical Therapist Assistants interested in providing personalized therapy services to the geriatric community at the Long Community. If you are passionate about serving this population and want to work with a supportive team, consider joining us!

Details:

• Position: Per Diem - occasional weekday coverage (no minimum hours)
• Location: Assisted living, independent living
• EMR: Net Health

Qualifications:

• Active PA PTA License in good standing
• Current TB test
• Covid Vaccine or valid exemption
• CPR certification

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and personalized therapy services
• Document patient responses and treatment outcomes in Net Health
• Establish positive relationships with patients to enhance engagement
• Maintain kindness and courtesy towards patients and staff
• Work collaboratively with the team
