Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant position available in sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Melville, NY. Once hired as a PTS employee, you may join PRN rosters at other locations in the area if desired.

Huntington Hills Center for Health - Rehab is a 5‑Star SNF located in Melville, NY. We are easily accessible on the service road of the LIE. The facility provides short‑term rehab and long‑term care units, treating a blend of patient populations. We have a spacious rehab gym and a clinical team dedicated to excellent patient outcomes.
