Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Ped

Join us at Crystal Springs, Inc as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Ped.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support children with various physical and cognitive abilities in a residential school setting. This full-time position offers up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus and is located in Assonet, MA.

Responsibilities

• Assist our on-site Physical Therapist in providing direct and consultative physical therapy services aligned with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or physical therapy evaluations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all treatments.
• Communicate professionally with team members, families, and external agencies, ensuring goals and strategies are effectively implemented.
• Participate in the IEP process and professional meetings.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time, 32 hours/week
• Open to new graduates
• Requirements: Valid Driver's License, Associate of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association, current Massachusetts license as a Physical Therapist Assistant, ability to pass a CORI check.
