Job summary

TheraDynamics is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on, one-on-one outpatient care in our therapist-owned clinics. You will evaluate and treat diverse orthopedic, sports, and neurological patients, working closely with a team of experienced therapists to deliver high-quality care.

You will contribute to evidence-based treatment plans, leverage modern equipment, and continue developing clinical skills through mentorship and ongoing CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current or eligible for New York State PTA license.
• Interest in orthopedic, sports, and/or neurological rehabilitation.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatients across a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with therapists to design and adjust treatment plans.

What You Will Do

You will evaluate and treat patients across a diverseoutpatient caseload, including post-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation, sportsinjuries, chronic pain management, neurological conditions, and work-relatedinjuries. You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and willcollaborate with a team of experienced therapists who share best practices andsupport each other's clinical development.
