Job summary

TheraDynamics, a therapist-owned outpatient practice, is seeking a Full Physical Therapist Assistant to evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload, including post-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation and neurological care, using state-of-the-art equipment.

You will work in a collaborative team with clinical mentorship, flexible scheduling, and a focus on hands-on, individualized patient care—ideal for new graduates eager to start their careers in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current or eligible for New York State PTA license.
• Interest in orthopedic, sports, and/or neurological rehabilitation.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• All rates offered are based on position, years of applicable experience and employment type.
• Rate ranges shown include levels for per diems with no benefits and Independent Contractors.
