Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment in Helena, MT. The role is a contract position with a days schedule and requires an Associate degree and active CPR certification.

You will provide skilled PT services under a PT's supervision and work within an interdisciplinary team. Applicants should hold licensure in their state (or be in process) and be prepared to implement and adjust PT plans per physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must hold an accredited Associate degree as PTA.
• Current state PTA license or in LIC/LIC-application process.
• CPR certification currently active.

Job Description:

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a contract assignment!

• This is a contract position.
• Days schedule.
• This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT .
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
