Job Overview

We are currently staffing Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for our Rehab Department in state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout NYC and surrounding areas. PTAs collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver treatments and educate patients and their families, aiming to enhance their physical and cognitive functions and improve daily living activities.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $31-$34/hour (W-2), $35-$38/hour (1099).

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with the PT Supervisor and adhere to the established Plan of Care for each patient.
• Provide quality therapy services in SNF settings for patients with conditions such as TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, MS, Cancer, orthopedic surgeries, and other diagnoses.
• Monitor and document patient progress using innovative EMR software.
