Job Details
  • Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (In-house Skilled Nursing Facility)
  • Type: Full Time, Part Time, or PRN
Job Purpose

Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing Physical Therapy services, ensuring high-quality resident care in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services following established standards and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and billing in accordance with company policies.
  • Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans with clear goals.
  • Communicate findings and plans effectively to residents, families, and team members.
  • Perform screenings and specialized evaluations as needed.
  • Complete all required documentation in NetHealth EMR systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapy license in applicable state(s).
