@Home Therapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide in-home therapy throughout Long Island. This flexible per diem opportunity is ideal for PTAs interested in building a caseload within their preferred locations.

Responsibilities include implementing plans of care under a supervising PT, educating patients and caregivers, and documenting progress. A NY PTA license, a PTA degree, liability insurance, reliable transportation, and business entity are required.

Qualifications

• Current New York State PTA license is required.
• PTA degree from an accredited program is required.
• Professional liability insurance is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between patients.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are required.
