Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment visits as outlined in the Plan of Care.
• Carry out therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility interventions.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress or concerns to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety strategies.
• Communicate effectively with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate, timely, and defensible clinical documentation.
