Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy visits to patients in their homes around Windermere, FL. Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA treatment visits as outlined in the Plan of Care.
• Carry out therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility interventions.
• Monitor patient response and report progress to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety strategies.
• Communicate effectively with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate, timely, and defensible clinical documentation.
