To Stand Out
Your Work Should Have Room to Pay Off.
You've built the clinical skills.
You know how to motivate patients.
You know how to keep someone progressing when recovery gets difficult.
And you know how to manage a productive day.
So why work in a therapy position where doing more rarely changes what you earn?
As a Physical Therapist Assistant with Home Health Care, Inc. , you'll work in a per-visit compensation model with annualized earning potential of $70,000–$102,000 .
Your day happens in the field.
Your patients receive your full attention.
And your productivity can directly contribute to what you earn.
Home health isn't about sitting in the same therapy gym waiting for your next patient to arrive.
You'll be out in the community managing a field-based schedule and providing one-on-one Physical Therapy treatments in patients' homes.
You'll work from an established plan of care, collaborate closely with the supervising Physical Therapist, and help patients make measurable progress toward greater mobility and independence.
And because you're paid per visit, your productivity matters.
For an organized, motivated PTA who knows how to manage a schedule, that creates an opportunity to build a strong career in home health.
$70,000–$102,000 in annualized earning potential.
And a team behind you while you're working independently in the field.

What You'll Actually Be Helping Patients Accomplish
Your patients aren't coming to you because they want to become better at therapy exercises.
They want their lives back.
They want to:
Your treatments are what help turn those goals into progress.
What You'll Do
Working under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist, you'll:
