Key Responsibilities:

• Perform direct physical therapy services following established standards and physician orders.
• Follow the Plan of Care, reporting any changes in patient status to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct patients and families on the use of assistive devices and home therapy programs.
• Ensure adherence to state practice guidelines and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program approved by the American Therapy Association.
• Valid, unrestricted PTA license for the state of employment.
• Preferred: 6+ months of experience as a PTA.
• Willingness to travel within the service area (must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance).
