Shift: Full-time, Weekdays

Attractive Pay: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under supervision, following the physician-approved plan of care
• Monitor, record, and report patient responses and condition changes
• Promote wellness, prevention, and provide resources for future needs
• Document supervisory activities in medical records
• Participate in patient care conferences, quality improvement activities, and peer reviews
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Coordinate follow-up care and utilize community resources
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current license as a physical therapy assistant for the assigned state
• Graduate from an accredited PTA program (CAPTE)
• Minimum one year of related physical therapy experience for home health, or approval from regional leaders with mentoring or residency participation if less than one year
• Current CPR certification
