Job summary

Celebrity Home Health, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for home health services. The PTA will provide delegated home health physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and the established plan of care.

Responsibilities include executing treatment activities, timely documentation of visits, communicating patient progress, and educating patients and caregivers while adhering to Medicare, privacy, infection-control, safety, and agency standards.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada PTA license and current BLS/CPR are required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Field duties require reliable transportation, driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Employment is contingent on license verification, background and exclusion screening, competency validation, and required health clearances.
