Gold Standard Therapy Solutions is seeking a contract Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver 45 minutes of rehabilitation to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

You will set your schedule, choose your coverage area, and manage your workload using our All-in-1 App for tasks, documentation, and invoicing. Requires CA PTA license, driver's license, CPR, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of licensed PTA experience.
• Active California PTA license.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance.
• Physical examination within the last 2 years.
• TB test within the last 1-2 years depending on test type.
• Employer Identification Number (EIN) with active business license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 45 minutes of rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.
• Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Implement treatment plans and guide patients in therapy.

Job Summary:
