Benchmark Therapies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant that is interested in joining our team at Christ's Home in Warminster, PA. Our caseload is continuing to grow and we need to expand our team!

Christ's Home is a highly respected non-profit community that serves seniors and has received an overall rating of 5 out of 5 for Nursing Care from U.S. News & World Report. This large campus has skilled nursing, personal care, memory care and independent living options in cottages, suites and apartments. Our therapy team proudly serves the residents across all of these care settings.

Position Details

Full-Time at 30 to 40 hours/week

Setting: Continuing Care Retirement Community (SNF/PC/IL)

Full Time Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability/Accident, 401K, PTO/Paid Holidays, Free Continuing Education

EMR: Net Health

Qualifications

Active PA PT License in good standing

CPR certification

Current PPD/TB test

Covid vaccination or approved exemption

Responsibilities Include

• Providing effective, personalized rehabilitative services and evaluations
• Recording patient responses to treatments and reports outcomes of treatment through proper documentation in Net Health and facility documentation systems
• Establishing relationships with your patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment
• Providing guidance to family members and facility staff
• Conducting yourself in a kind, courteous and professional manner to all patients, family members, facility staff and fellow team members
• Keeping a positive, teamwork approach
