Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for our residents
Conduct physical therapy treatments, such as exercise programs, modalities, and other therapeutic interventions
Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress
