PAM Health Dallas is opening a brand-new rehabilitation hospital this fall. We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and care for a diverse inpatient population.

The ideal candidate will have inpatient hospital experience or a willingness to learn; licensure required by state. As a full-time PTA, you will work under the Physical Therapist to plan and implement treatment programs, contribute to service development, and help shape exceptional patient care from day one.

Qualifikationen

• PTA license required by the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience preference: one year of clinical inpatient experience.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Plan and implement individualized treatment programs for patients.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of services within the PAM Health system.

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), under the direction of the Physical Therapist, will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy in the PAM Health System. The Physical Therapist Assistant will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Physical Therapist Assistant must be flexible to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities.

• Education and Training: PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
