Job summary

The Oaks at Radford Hills is seeking a full-time and PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy program. We deliver care to diverse patients with orthopedic, neurological and cognitive needs in a charming small town facility and offer strong leadership and support.

Qualifications

• Texas PTA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute settings preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement therapy programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-house physical therapy services to a diverse patient population (orthopedic, neurological, cognitive).
• Collaborate with nursing staff to implement individualized care plans.
• Support program development and contribute to a high-quality therapy team.

THE OAKS AT RADFORD HILLS, a beautiful skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility located in a charming small town, seeks a full time and PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy program. We seek a PTA who is passionate about delivering the best possible care for our patients and residents. We see a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological and cognitive conditions and are seeking a clinician who loves to create and implement programs to address these conditions.
