Job summary

Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and post-acute center, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team.

We treat orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities to develop programs in balance, wound care, and skilled maintenance, with ongoing training and career development opportunities. PRN schedules also available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas (PTA).
• Experience delivering patient-centered therapy in SNF/outpatient settings.
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Join in-house therapy team at Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation.
• Develop programs in balance, wound care, and skilled maintenance.
• Provide PTA services to residents with orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a PTA who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in balance, wound care, skilled maintenance and many more.
