Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team in Casa Grande, AZ. This role carries out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and requires accurate documentation and strong communication with patients and staff.

Eligible candidates are CAPTE-accredited graduates with current licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for most of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
