Job summary

KALESTA HEALTHCARE GROUP in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree and a current Washington license. Experience in rehabilitation settings is preferred, though new graduates are welcome. A bonus of $2,000 is offered for full-time positions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising PT.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, balance, and strength.
• Educate residents and families on exercises, safety techniques, and use of assistive devices.
• Document therapy services and resident progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive care planning.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for all residents.
• Demonstrate compassion, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.
